Food at Nutrition Security, Maging Priority

The goal of this year’s Nutrition Month is to ensure every Filipino has enough safe and healthy food. As a student, I can help by eating healthy, avoiding food waste, and supporting school activities that promote nutrition. I can also encourage my family and friends to choose nutritious meals, drink enough water, and balance snacks with fruits and vegetables.



 Participating in school programs like feeding programs, gardening projects, or cooking lessons can teach me and others the importance of food safety and nutrition. By practicing good habits and sharing what I learn, I can help our community become healthier and stronger.
